Location: Pawtucket, RI

Our client located in Pawtucket, RI has an immediate opening for a Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join their team. The Sr. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, Technology, is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support business objectives. This role develops and customizes CRM forms, workflows, dashboards, business processes, reports, and plugins, and builds and maintains web applications, Azure functions, APIs, and other code applications.

The developer manages CRM data including importing, exporting, and maintaining data integrity. Prepares and packages unmanaged solutions for deployment, and identifies and addresses security threats and errors. Additional responsibilities include leveraging low/no-code solutions for automation, implementing automated performance monitoring and alert systems, optimizing CRM performance for large data volumes, conducting user training, creating technical documentation, and providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.

• Develop and customize CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, reports, and plugins.
• Build and maintain web applications, Azure functions, APIs, and other code applications.
• Manage CRM data, including importing, exporting, and maintaining data integrity.
• Prepare and package unmanaged solutions for deployment.
• Identify and address security threats and errors.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business partners.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Assist with prototype design and creation.
• Stay current on technology trends and obtain relevant certifications.
• Leverage low/no-code solutions for automation and other functionalities.
• Implement automated performance monitoring and alert systems.
• Optimize CRM performance for large data volumes.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
• Ensure seamless integration of CRM with other business systems.
• Oversee data cleanup and migration processes.
• Implement robust data security measures.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies.
• Ensure CRM accessibility and functionality on mobile devices.
• Implement offline capabilities for CRM tasks.
• Design and implement automated workflows.
• Develop and manage automated task reminders and notifications.
• Implement and manage systems for recording and logging interactions.
• Implement tools for year-over-year analysis and forecasting.
• Ensure accurate and timely generation of reports and analytics.

• Bachelor s Degree
• Proven experience in customizing Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, business rules, and form scripting
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate preferred
• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
• Strong understanding of CRM SDK and development tools
• Knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, Microsoft Dataverse, and other database management tools
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to work in at least one programming language (OOP), and one scripting language (e.g., C#.Net, , JavaScript, Python)
