- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience leading proof‑of‑concept (POC) efforts for new technical solutions
- Familiarity or experience with Dev Ops, MLOps, and Containerization
- Industry certifications such as Java Developer, DB2, or Project Management
