Overview
Akkodis is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for a contract-to-hire job with a 100% remote opportunity.
Responsibilities- Provide first-line support for technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and assist with user access and account management, with some customer service interaction.
- Experience in troubleshooting with some customer service experience.
Pay Range: $17/hr to $18/hr on W2. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
