- Strong experience designing CRM integrations with enterprise systems
- Experience with identity management, SSO, MFA
- Experience implementing Salesforce Shield and data protection
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns
- Ability to design scalable multi-department CRM platforms
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect / Application Architect
- Experience designing municipal or government CRM solutions
