Job Overview:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to help manage and improve product master data within our SAP (or similar ERP) system. You’ll work closely with different teams to keep our data clean, accurate, and up to date. This role is a mix of hands-on data work and collaboration with business partners to ensure that our processes are followed correctly.

What You’ll Do:

• Enter and maintain product information (like material details) in SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Clean and organize data to ensure it’s accurate and useful for business needs.
• Help improve data processes by finding and suggesting better ways to manage data.
• Follow company procedures and ensure other teams also follow best practices for data.
• Work with other teams (like supply chain or customer service) to support data-related needs.
• Handle basic data issues on your own and escalate more complex problems to senior staff.

What You Should Bring:

• Experience working with SAP (or similar ERP systems), especially in managing product/material data.
• Good with data analysis and solving problems.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with co-workers from other departments.

Preferred Backgrounds:

This role is a good fit if you’ve worked in any of the following areas:

• As a Master Data Analyst maintaining product or customer records.
• In Customer Service, handling a large number of accurate sales order entries.
• In Supply Chain, managing inventory data like MRP (Material Requirements Planning) settings.

Education:

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but equivalent work experience is also acceptable.
