, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Maintenance Director to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
As a Maintenance Director at Pawtucket Falls Health Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the maintenance and repair of facility equipment, systems, and infrastructure
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues
- Supervise and train maintenance staff
- Perform routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
- Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field (training or certification programs welcome)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
