Our client, a highly respected construction management and real estate development firm is seeking a Senior Project to lead an advanced manufacturing technology new development/ground-up project in Coastal Rhode Island.
This is an immediate need. Our client is actively interviewing and prepared to move quickly for the right individual.

Position OverviewThe Senior Project Manager/Construction Manager will serve as the on-site lead overseeing the general contractor who is building a large-scale industrial campus developed in partnership with a world-class manufacturer of advanced scientific products. This role requires a polished, senior-level construction professional with deep experience delivering complex manufacturing facilities.
The initial assignment is expected to span 3-4 years, with a strong likelihood of expanding into a long-term role (8-10 years) as the program continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the day-to-day on-site owner’s representative for complex, MEP heavy, construction projects
- Lead projects from preconstruction through close-out, with full ownership of schedule, budget, and quality
- Coordinate and manage contractors, design teams, consultants, and vendors
- Oversee multiple large-scale projects, including facilities of 250,000+ SF
- Manage cost controls, schedules, change orders, and risk mitigation
- Represent ownership in meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with long-term operational needs
- Senior-level Project Manager or Construction Manager with experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing facilities
- Demonstrated experience delivering multiple large-scale projects (250K+ SF)
- Strong understanding of industrial construction, building systems, and site infrastructure
- Comfortable working on-site daily and serving as the lead authority on the ground
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and interface with sophisticated ownership and end-users
Requires 7+ years of construction/project management experience, including proven experience delivering at least one advanced manufacturing facility.
