Job SummaryThe Team Leader is responsible for supporting the Management Team by demonstrating strong leadership, floor leadership, fostering a positive work environment.
Essential FunctionsAs a station manager with daily operations, perform activities of employees and other tasks as needed.
Support business operations, policies, and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues involving customer relations.
Oversee and monitor local methods of loss prevention, which includes the protection of company assets.
Assist in training and development of new sales associates.
Other duties as assigned.
RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must have a high level of integrity.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrate proficiency in personal computing and company communication tools such as email, internet, and Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, and Outlook).
Environmental and Physical DemandsAbility to consistently lift 10-35 lbs; occasionally lift up to 55 lbs with the ability to push or pull more than 55 lbs.
