Job Summary

We are seeking a purpose-driven, action-oriented leader to create and scale Collette’s Global Volunteering program in alignment with our values and strategic priorities. This role advances our broader corporate citizenship goals by maximizing positive community impact, strengthening partnerships, integrating volunteering into employee, partner, and traveler experiences, and enhancing the Collette brand. The Manager of Global Volunteering will embody Collette’s values—Be Responsible, Be Happy, Be the Legacy, and Be a Trailblazer—and share our belief that travel can be a force for good.

Success in this role requires the ability to build authentic, collaborative relationships across the organization and with external nonprofit, social enterprise, and travel industry partners in the U.S., Canada, and Australia. The role demands strong project, program, and event management capabilities, along with exceptional communication, presentation, and advocacy skills, and the ability to lead by influence.

The ideal candidate brings energy, innovation, and a hands‑on mindset, balanced with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership. This role focuses on three core areas of Collette’s Corporate Citizenship platform: global volunteer strategy and partnerships; activation, measurement, and continuous improvement of volunteer impact; and internal and external communications that align employees, travelers, and partners around shared purpose and strengthen Collette’s reputation and brand.

As part of a small, highly collaborative team, the role will also support adjacent initiatives such as grants, sustainability, and responsible travel work.

Primary Functions Global Volunteer Strategy & Program Execution
  • Lead the development and execution of Collette Cares’ Global Volunteer Impact Strategy in partnership with Corporate Citizenship leadership and cross‑functional teams.
  • Design and deliver the annual volunteer strategy to maximize positive community impact across all markets.
  • Manage global volunteer programs and events, including live, skills‑based, virtual, and signature initiatives; execute events independently and travel as needed.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with nonprofits, NGOs, B Corps, government agencies, and other partners to advance community impact goals.
Impact Measurement, Budget & Continuous Improvement
  • Design and oversee volunteer impact measurement, quality control, and participant feedback programs.
  • Track KPIs, employee volunteer hours, and partnership impact; translate data into actionable improvement recommendations.
  • Develop and manage the annual volunteer budget, including RFPs, vendor selection, and ongoing budget and spend tracking.
  • Prepare volunteer impact data for annual reporting, leadership updates, and Foundation Board materials.
Communications, Brand & Employee Engagement
  • Lead internal and external communications strategies for Global Volunteering in collaboration with Corporate Citizenship and Marketing teams.
