OverviewLicensed Practical Nurse
Pawtucket Falls is looking for a dedicated nursing team and make a difference every day!
We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable PT Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Pawtucket, RI.
- $0.40 for 2nd and third shift
- $0.40 when they work the TCU unit (all shifts)
- $1.00-weekend day shift
- $1.40 for 2nd and 3rd shift

- Current Rhode Island LPN License in good standing
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Provide quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the nursing team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety
