We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our team of compassionate professionals. As a RN Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our unit, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.

• Oversee the daily operations of the unit, including staff management, scheduling, and patient care
• Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other nursing staff members
• Monitor and report on unit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare providers
• Participate in oncall weekend rotation

• Current RN license and certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
