Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of welded components and press brake-formed parts to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards;
Document inspection results, deviations, and non-conformances accurately and in a timely manner using inspection reports and quality control records;
Monitor welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and spot welding, for compliance with established procedures and standards;
Monitor press brake operations to ensure proper setup and adherence to bending angles and tolerances;
Investigate and analyze root causes of non-conformities and defects, implementing corrective and preventive actions
