Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of welded components and press brake-formed parts to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.;
Document inspection results, deviations, and non-conformances accurately and in a timely manner using inspection reports and quality control records.;
Monitor and evaluate welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and spot welding, for compliance with established procedures and standards.;
Monitor press brake operations to ensure proper setup and adherence to bending angles and tolerances.;
Provide guidance and training to production personnel on quality standards, best practices, and quality control procedures.
