Parts Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Follow and promote all company customer service programs.;
Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.;
Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers.;
Answer store phone calls, look up parts and quote prices, and offer Low-Price Guarantee.;
Process exchanges and returns; maintain cash drawer and process payments.;
Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.;
Perform daily operational tasks including stocking, planogram updates, and inventory counts.;
Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, scan codes, replace headlight capsules) as permitted by law.
