Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team. This is a hands‑on role for a leader who knows how to keep a retail environment running smoothly, from supporting staff to ensuring our customers have a great experience every time they walk through the door.

• Managing the Team:
  You’ll lead the location’s staff, which includes hiring, training new members, handling weekly scheduling, and conducting performance reviews.
• Customer Relations:
  You’ll be the face of the store, ensuring high service standards and resolving any issues that come up with professionalism.
• Inventory & Operations:
  You’ll monitor stock levels, order merchandise, and make sure the store remains clean, organized, and fully compliant with safety and company policies.
• Business Reporting:
  You’ll review sales and inventory data to track how the store is performing and help us meet our targets for the community.

• Retail Leadership:
  Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong Communication:
  You can give clear direction to a team and talk comfortably with customers.
