Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures and banking duties;
Ensure that buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals;
Ensure merchandise is invoiced and returns are handled efficiently;
Delegate merchandising tasks and ensure adherence to posted work schedule
