Job Description We offer a professional but down-to-earth office environment and are looking for someone interested in a long-term position who wants to become a reliable part of the team.

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional, helpful and timely manner
* Prepare quotes and process customer orders accurately using our ERP system
* Provide solutions to customers and answer complex questions on products and services.
* Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
* Track and manage orders and follow-through to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
* Provide product information, pricing, order status and assist customers in selecting appropriate products for their applications
* Coordinate and communicate with the manufacturing team regarding production and to ensure timely shipment of orders
* Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business.
* Content creation and managing social media and online reputation functions.### Qualifications Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
* 1–3 years of customer service or sales support experience preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Work Schedule & Pay
* Hourly position; overtime may be required based on business needs

* Typical schedule:

Monday–Friday, standard business hours
* Compensation based on experience and qualifications

Preferred Skills
* Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment

Physical Requirements
* Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
* Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
* Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
