The Sales Representative plays a key role in guiding homeowners through the remodeling journey by offering expert recommendations on roofing, siding, window and decking upgrades. This is a high-impact, performance-based role ideal for individuals who are personable, motivated, and passionate about home improvement and sales. The position includes pre-scheduled, qualified leads and unlimited earning potential through a generous commission structure.
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand their goals and recommend appropriate exterior remodeling solutions
- Present company products and services through clear, confident, and compelling sales presentations
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales activity in the CRM
- Deliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through project handoff
- Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential referral opportunities
- Attend team meetings, training, and sales strategy sessions
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
- Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on homeowner availability
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Experience in home improvement, construction, or exterior remodeling
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools
- Goal oriented with a competitive drive
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
