Facility Solutions Sales Manager

• Become a subject matter expert on flood preparedness and mitigation
• solutions for the market leading manufacturer
• Be positively persuasive in your ability to communicate ROI and Cost
• Savings to entire organizational hierarchies
• Identify new business opportunities and vertical market applications
• Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations (hybrid of
• Build relationships for target markets
• Maintain and grow existing accounts
• Collaborate with marketing on vertical campaigns and lead generation
• Track pipeline activity and forecast sales performance

• 3–10+ years in hands on or B2B sales experience in Property
• Management or Facilities is non-negotiable
• A strong understanding of the daily, seasonal, and emergency needs of the market
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills

• Comfortable with regional travel and trade events
