Rhode Island (Providence and statewide)

Base salary $80k to $110k, negotiable on experience, plus uncapped commission and bonus taking realistic first year earnings to $130k to $160k. Car allowance, fully expensed travel, laptop, phone and tablet, and comprehensive benefits.

Our client is a rapidly growing global dental implant manufacturer investing significantly across the Northeast. As part of that expansion they are looking to appoint an experienced Regional Sales Executive to establish and own Rhode Island, a key growth market in their Northeast expansion.

This is a chance to build a territory with the backing of an established global brand rather than the risk of a startup. You will represent a portfolio of leading edge implant solutions with genuine clinical differentiators, allowing you to win business through the strength of the products rather than competing purely on price.

You will take ownership of the Rhode Island territory, developing new business across private dental practices, specialist clinicians, surgical centers and group networks, then growing those accounts into a loyal, long term base. This is a highly autonomous role where you will be trusted to plan and run your territory strategically, supported by an experienced leadership team committed to your long term success.

• 3 to 7 plus years of successful field sales experience within dental implants, strongly preferred, or premium dental or medical devices
• A proven record of developing new business and growing existing accounts
• Experience selling premium clinical solutions and building trusted relationships with clinicians and practice owners
• Strong territory planning and account management skills
• A commercially driven, self motivated and resilient approach
• Based within Rhode Island, ideally around Providence, with the flexibility to travel throughout the territory
