We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This fast‑paced position requires a self‑directed, highly motivated individual who is willing to travel and seeks growth in the Telecom industry.

Regional position. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of the Pawtucket, Rhode Island area.

• Maintain cooling systems, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Perform additional maintenance or upgrades on out‑of‑season HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call‑out services.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Compliance with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA standards.
• Availability for after‑hours and weekend call‑outs as needed.
• Extensive daily travel and occasional overnight stays; company covers travel costs and provides per diem.
• Drive to remote work sites; exposure to ambient temperatures.
• Lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Pass a Department of Transportation physical.

Hourly rate: $24.00 – $43.00, DOE. Actual compensation is influenced by skill set, experience, and location.
