CARJON Air Conditioning & Heating is expanding our electrical division and looking for motivated Apprentice Electricians (1st through 4th year) to join our team.

You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gain real‑world skills installing and maintaining HVAC electrical systems, and build a long‑term career with a company that truly values its people.

• Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience and year of apprenticeship

• Stable Monday‑Friday schedule with occasional overtime

• Assist Journeyman and Master Electricians with HVAC system installations and repairs
• Help run electrical wiring for A/C units, furnaces, heat pumps, and other HVAC equipment
• Perform basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems
• Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Maintain a clean and safe job site while delivering excellent customer service
• Participate in training to advance your skills and license progression

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Currently enrolled or registered as a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year Apprentice Electrician
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
• Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders
• Strong work ethic and desire to grow in the HVAC trade
• Color vision (required for working with electrical wiring)
