CARJON Air Conditioning & Heating is hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians to help build and support our expanding Electrical Division. You'll perform high-quality HVAC electrical work while enjoying the stability and support of a 30+ year family‑owned business.
Compensation & Benefits- Pay: $35.00 - $46.00 per hour, depending on experience

- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems for residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Run wiring for A/C units, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, and control systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues quickly and accurately
- Read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Mentor and support Apprentice Electricians on the job
- Ensure all work meets NEC standards and company quality expectations
- Provide professional service and build strong customer relationships
- Current Journeyman Electrician license
- Minimum 3+ years of electrical experience (HVAC experience strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
- Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders
- Excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to safety and doing quality work
