• Perform high‑pressure surface restoration.
• Complete parking lot striping and ADA Safety & Compliance painting.
• Maintain overall facility appearance and visual standards.
• Be available to work flexible hours upon request with reasonable notice (typically second and third shift work).

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Leadership, peer‑to‑peer tech support, project/stretch assignments, and facility location ownership skills.

• Sign‑On Bonus:

Pay: $18.00 – $32.00 hourly.
