Day Shift | Monday–Friday | Weekly Pay + Monthly Bonuses

Fleet Pride is seeking a Diesel Technician II to help lead the heavy‑duty side of our Pawtucket, RI service center. This is an opportunity for an experienced technician to make a real impact by supporting a growing team, tackling advanced repairs, and serving as a technical resource within the shop.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and enjoys helping develop the next generation of technicians. The ideal candidate will also be willing to assist with Mobile Service calls when needed.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of heavy‑duty diesel repair experience preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to mentor and support less experienced technicians.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to lead by example.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs.
  • Willingness to assist with Mobile Service when needed.
  • Own tools and toolbox required.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • CDL is a plus.
Experience Preferred In:
  • Aftertreatment diagnostics and repair.
  • Engine diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds.
  • Transmission diagnostics and repairs.
  • Advanced electrical troubleshooting and schematic interpretation.
  • Air brake and air system diagnostics.
  • Steering, suspension, and alignment repairs.
  • Drivetrain and differential repairs.
  • Cooling systems and A/C diagnostics.
  • PM services and DOT inspections.
  • Mobile service and field repairs.
