Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Weekly Pay + Monthly Bonuses
Are you an experienced Heavy-Duty Diesel Technician who enjoys solving tough problems, sharing your knowledge, and helping other technicians grow?
Fleet Pride is looking for a Diesel Technician to join our Pawtucket, RI service center!
This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician who wants to be more than just another technician in the shop. You'll have the opportunity to mentor less-experienced technicians, tackle challenging repairs, and serve as a technical resource for the team.
You’ll also have the opportunity to assist with Mobile Service calls when needed.

- 3+ years of heavy-duty diesel repair experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability and willingness to mentor other technicians.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to lead by example.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to assist with Mobile Service when needed.
- Own tools and toolbox.
- Valid driver's license.
- CDL is a plus, but not required.
- Aftertreatment diagnostics & repairs.
- Engine diagnostics, repairs & rebuilds.
- Transmissions & clutches.
- Advanced electrical diagnostics & schematics.
- Air brakes & air systems.
- Steering, suspension & alignments.
- Drivetrain & differentials.
- Cooling systems & A/C.
- PM services & DOT inspections.
- Mobile service & roadside repairs.
