Tides Family Services seeks an energetic YTC Caseworker to deliver intensive case management for youth and families involved with Rhode Island’s Juvenile Justice system. You will work within a two-to-three-person team, including evening and weekend coverage, coordinating with supervisors and community partners.
You will provide crisis support, advocacy, and resources, building relationships with clients, families, and schools while maintaining NASW-aligned boundaries and cultural sensitivity.
