Centreville Bank Stadium is a state‑of‑the‑art, 100 percent electric, soccer‑specific stadium on the banks of the Seekonk River. Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Serves as primary contact for Rhode Island FC and other major events as assigned by the Director of Operations
- Works with RIFC staff and third‑party clients regarding production coordination and game day requirements
- Liaises with United Soccer League regarding all league policies and procedures
- Implement facility rules, regulations and policies
- Compiles and communicates all event requirements to department heads through detailed production notes
- Develops accurate budgets and expenses for RIFC matches and other events
- Ensures that operational standards and specifications, as set by the Director of Operations, are consistently met
- Understands all aspects of event logistics and stadium operations to better communicate with department heads
- Maintains and organizes event files and event expenses alongside the Director of Operations
- Assists in all aspects of the day‑to‑day functions of the operations department
- Attends and actively participates in appropriate planning, organization and other events and stadium meetings in support of all event operations
- Maintains positive rapport with peers and superiors and forms strong client relationships
- Assists in conversion planning and execution for RIFC and third‑party events
- Hires, trains, and manages Event Operations Interns and Matchday Operations Staff members
- Completes other duties and projects assigned
- Four‑year college degree in related field required
- At least two years of experience in event operations
- Ability to communicate, clearly and professionally, in both written and verbal forms
- Extraordinary attention and commitment to details
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, subordinates, vendor partners, colleagues, business partners and the public
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work non‑standard hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
