Overview

Hiring N regional truck driver CDL-A. New drivers for a limited time only are eligible for one of the following options in this position (with qualifying safety record).

Initial sign‑on bonus of $1,475 (with Hazmat Endorsement) or $1,300.

Paid Time Off and Orientation Pay.

Plus, opportunity for hazmat pay: $875 every 90 days after 30 days of a qualifying safety record.

Initial sign‑on bonus of $1,125.

Orientation Pay.

• 9 months with 2 months winter
• Home Mondays and Tuesdays 48 hours
• Hair and urine drug test
• 550 late‑model Freightliner Cascadia Primary 2020–2025
• Driver takes truck and trailer home; must have parking—parking fees are not reimbursed, and the trailer will be empty.

• 9–29 months with Haz: $0.71 per mile; without Haz: $0.68 per mile
• 30+ months with Haz: $0.73 per mile; without Haz: $0.70 per mile
• Expected annual earnings: $90,000 – $110,000
• Band Pay:
  Extra pay for short hauls: 0–100 miles $35.00; 101–400 miles $25.00 (loaded miles only)
• CSA – Safety bonus every 90 days: $875 if hazmat, $700 otherwise plus 8 hours paid time off
