Logistics Associate - 1st Shift

After a nearly hundred-year journey that’s carried us through acquisitions and expansion, we now have nine U.S. locations, as well as operations in Belgium, Singapore, Germany, and China.

Shift: 7:30am to 4pm

* Job Requirements:

** Unloads elevators.

Stage truck shipments in the Shipping Area.

Process customer returns.

Process UPS orders through the UPS system.

Load all Teknor or outside trucks for shipment of designated orders, ensuring that stretch wrapping is provided when needed.

Maintain a clean, neat, safe work area on the shipping dock. Check forklift daily prior to operating.

Experience with Teknor Apex computer systems preferred.

Skills:

Able to read and comprehend English.

Possess good math skills.

Able to drive (or learn to drive) a forklift and to use an electric hand truck.

Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
