Position Overview

Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Pawtucket, RI. The role offers weekly pay, health & wellness stipend, paid training, and an opportunity to join a committed team.

• Weekly Pay: $1,160 – $1,408 or more
• Hourly Pay: $29.00 per hour
• Health & Wellness Stipend: $6.20 per hour

  Monday – Saturday;
  Start Times: 10:00 PM & 2:45 AM

• 48/7 roadside maintenance; company fuels trucks at >800 facilities Nationwide

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Class A CDL with applicable endorsements
• At least 9 months experience within the past 3 years, or 2 years within last 5, or 5 years within last 10
• Pass Ryder drug test, background and motor vehicle check (Federal Level 2)
• Pass DOT physical and Ryder road test
• Selective Service registration (if applicable)
• Background check per USPS requirements (secondary background, selective service)
• Ability to follow written/oral instructions; read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs
• Load/unload freight or assist with loading/unloading as required by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned
