Vous nous soutenez dans les tâches suivantes :
- Répondre aux demandes orales et écrites des clients et des prestataires
- Gérer les tâches administratives quotidiennes
- Traiter les mutations ainsi que les entrées et sorties, gérer divers cas d'événements comme les calculs de retraite, le soutien à la propriété, les divorces, etc.
- Contrôler et envoyer les calculs de cotisations mensuels
- Préparer des offres, des appels d'offres, des analyses/présentations
- Assister aux rendez-vous pour les responsables de mandat
Être intermédiaire d'assurances AFA est indispensable. Français ou allement, avec de très bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue.
