Tree service groundsmen

This is a full-time on-site role located in Payette, , for a Tree Service Groundsman. The role involves assisting with tree care operations, including clearing debris, preparing work sites, operating and maintaining tools and equipment, and supporting climbers and arborists during tree trimming or removal tasks. The Tree Service Groundsman will adhere to safety protocols, handle cleanup after tree services, and provide excellent service to clients while working in outdoor environments.

• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying safety risks and ensuring effective use of tools
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with clients professionally
• Customer Service and Sales abilities to address client needs and represent the company positively
• Basic knowledge of Finance to handle time tracking, job-related costs, or equipment expenses, if required
• Physical fitness to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions
• Familiarity with operating power tools, chainsaws, and other landscaping equipment is a plus
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines and industry standards
• Previous experience in tree services or landscaping is preferred but not required
