Part Time Direct Support Professional - Work Services Program.

Witco, Inc. is a nonprofit in the Treasure Valley dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities.

The DSP oversees work skills programs for adults with disabilities according to each participant's Individual Program Plan.
Programs are geared towards developing and maintaining job skills and abilities to maximize potential for leading a self-directed life.

Essential Functions

• assist participants in developing functional capacities that increase or maintain skill sets of participants to achieve and maintain employment.
• utilizes individual and group work related activities to assist individuals in understanding the meaning, value, and demands of work.
• monitor participants progress, collect data, and complete reports.
• conduct productivity assessments and complete reports.
• accurately track and record service hours
• increase community awareness to promote paid work/training opportunities for clients served.
• ensure compliance with organizational, accreditation, and licensing requirements.
