Fusion Medical Staffing‑Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Payson, Arizona. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments across various settings while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

• Doctorate degree in physical therapy
• Physical Therapy experience (new graduates welcomed)
• Additional certifications or licenses may be required

• Evaluate patients’ conditions using standardized tests and clinical examinations
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment and modalities
• Assess progress, adjust plans, and document all interventions in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self‑management
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development activities
• Assist in discharge planning for smooth transitions to community or home settings
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice
