Role
The Physical Therapist (PT) provides rehabilitation services by assessing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and families.
Responsibilities and Key Duties- Responsibilities:
Assess patient conditions, create individualized care plans, deliver skilled physical therapy interventions, monitor progress, and collaborate with healthcare team members to achieve treatment goals. - Key Duties:
Document patient status, set realistic goals, modify care as needed, and ensure therapeutic goals are met in accordance with physician directives.
Applicants must hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification, possess a current state license or be in the licensing process, have at least one year of experience, and maintain CPR certification. Additional requirements are determined by the client facility.
