Overview:

Through collaborative efforts with TM Camping leadership and the creative media team, the Marketing Coordinator will oversee department schedules, coordinate campaigns and timely delivery of creative media support and resources for TRCC. Theideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized self-started with digital marketing and project management experience.

Essential Functions:

Capture photos and videos of guests, staff, facilities, events, nature, and more.

Coordinate the media/marketing calendar (campaigns, deliverables, meetings,newsletters, events…) as creative team task and project manager (Asana)

Coordinate tradeshow and partnership event registration, staff and booth materials

Oversee digital media channels and ads alongside team members to meet social media goals

Manage e-communication through CRM using tags, automations, templates,slices (Active Campaign)

Additional Functions:

Wrangle material for print and electronic newsletters, reports, and promotional efforts

Able to coordinate creatives and create schedules as needed

Assist with basic web updates (WIX experience a plus!)

Assist with merchandise design and orders

Fill Camp Host shifts as needed

Other duties as assigned by Associate Director

Qualifications

A clear and observable commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior

Godly, Christian character, integrity, and adaptability

Minimum bachelor’s degree and/or applicable camping ministry experience

Valid driver’s license, First Aid/CPR certification

Agreement with TRCC doctrinal statement and compliance with employee handbook

Physical Demands

Abilities sufficient to carry out the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
