RN Registered Nurse

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Life Care Centers of America, a 47‑year industry leader in healthcare with over 200 locations across the U.S.

The RN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The RN evaluates patient needs through ongoing assessment, revises care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition, and provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.

• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment.

• Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Current, registered RN license in the applicable State; must maintain active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment.
