Retail Merchandise Processor Part Time

Starting Pay: $15.15 hourly

Works as a member of the store team to lead an excellent customer and brand experience, and promote sales. Responsible for processing donated merchandise in preparation for sale at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entity store locations.

• Receive and process merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meeting minimum quota, item per Gaylord, and sell‑through set for assigned department
• Maintain regular and consistent in‑person attendance
• Safeguard company property, including donated goods, and report any incidents of theft, pre‑selection, misappropriation or unauthorized possession
• Maintain sales floor and workstation following floor work and PPM standards
• Stock merchandise in appropriate area as assigned
• Exercise judgment to inform leader of any potentially hazardous or dangerous materials found while processing merchandise for storage or disposal
• Ensure compliance with all safety rules and use required safety equipment; immediately act on or report any unsafe conditions
• Work effectively in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment daily; ability to lift, bend, push, turn, and manipulate fine objects is required

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
• At least 18 years of age
• Pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable
