Arizona's newest premium tobacco destination is hiring leaders.

Wild Bill's Tobacco is opening in Payson: four stores this year, 50 planned in five. We need an Assistant Manager who can lead the floor, develop the team, and step up when the Store Manager's out. This isn't a placeholder title; you're the #2 in a brand-new store with a group scaling across Arizona.

• Lead daily operations and provide floor leadership Coach and develop sales associates into top performers
• Own scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and cash management Open and close the store (you hold the keys)
• Step into full leadership when the Store Manager is off-site
• Deliver premium customer experiences in tobacco, cigars, and lifestyle products

• 21+ years of age (required)
• 1+ year retail leadership or key holder experience
• Confident decision-maker who doesn't wait to be told what to do Strong communicator who can coach without micromanaging Someone who sees this as a stepping stone to Store Manager

• $18-$22/hr with a clear advancement path

• 4-day work weeks available: longer shifts, three full days off
• Grow into Store Manager as we open more AZ locations (every store we open needs new managers, and we promote from within first)
