KIOTI Tractor Sales and Parts Specialist

GO AZ Motorcycles in Payson is excited to introduce a new, specialized role focused on KIOTI tractor sales, parts and accessories. We’re looking for an outgoing, customer-service focused individual to join our team as a KIOTI Tractor Sales and Parts Specialist.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for KIOTI tractors, playing a key role in guiding customers through both tractor selection and outfitting their equipment with the proper implements, parts, and accessories.

• Serve as the primary specialist for KIOTI tractor sales, including compact and utility tractors
• Assist customers with KIOTI tractor parts, implements, and accessories, ensuring proper fit and functionality
• Ask the right questions to understand customer needs such as property size, terrain, usage, and experience level
• Educate customers on tractor features, attachments, maintenance items, and safe operation
• Stay up to date on KIOTI tractor models, parts, accessories, and new product offerings
• Create organized, appealing displays for tractor-related parts and accessories
• Support general sales floor activities as needed, while maintaining a primary focus on tractors

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Interest or experience with tractors, agricultural equipment, outdoor power equipment, or powersports
• Ability to learn and confidently explain technical product details
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a growing dealership environment
