What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize expertise of the employer's products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate value
  • Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage business customers to commit
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • A proactive approach to customer engagement
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
  • 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training required
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a sales environment or customer service role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar customer relationship management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
