Responsibilities
- Manage Community Action Program cases, process applications, and assess clients’ needs.
- Perform administrative duties: data maintenance, arranging appointments.
- Coordinate community projects as needed.
- Assess clients’ needs and provide assistance, guidance, and referrals to other programs.
- Contact applicants to schedule appointments and explain eligibility and required documentation.
- Provide case management for clients of the transitional housing program.
- Maintain client database and filing system.
- Screen and process intake applications.
- Attend monthly interagency meetings for networking purposes.
- Travel to deliver monthly services to residents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
