Your New Role
  • Lead day-to-day construction site operations in Payson, UT and surrounding project locations

  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and construction schedules

  • Monitor job progress, enforce OSHA safety standards, and maintain accurate documentation

  • Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, vendors, and inspectors

  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to prevent delays and control project costs

  • 3 or more years of experience as a superintendent in ground-up commercial construction with a general contractor

  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical documents

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively

  • Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or Field Wire

  • Working knowledge of project scheduling tools such as MS Project is a plus

  • Solid understanding of construction safety standards and job site compliance

  • OSHA certification preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Degree in Construction Management preferred but not required
