Customer service manager

The Kroger Company -  - Responsibilities:
Greet, engage, and assist customers at the checkout to provide outstanding service;
Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently at the check lane;
Understand POS system and handle various tender types (cash, checks, credit/debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, rain checks, coupons) according to policy;
Adhere to cash handling limits and prevent loss, follow policies for restricted sale items, report pricing discrepancies, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards;
Create a welcoming environment by answering questions about products and store departments while ensuring compliance with laws and company guidelines
