Parts Fitment Specialist
Rocky Mountain ATV/MC invites applications for a Parts Fitment Specialist to work in our Call Center department. The role involves providing quick and accurate information to customers via Live Chat, phone calls, and email to support our CSRs.

Monday‑Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm, rotating Saturdays.
Job SummaryThe Parts Fitment Specialist delivers accurate product information to our customers and supports CSRs by using our website, product catalogs, and overall powersport knowledge. The Specialist also collaborates with Tech teams on product inspections, projects, and basic issue resolution via email.
Responsibilities- Live Chat – provide quick, accurate answers to customer inquiries.
- Tech Line Phones – answer CSRs’ calls to locate correct products and solutions.
- Tech Emails – work directly with customers on basic issues while being mentored by mid‑level Techs.
- Website Q&A – answer questions posted on our product information site.
- Product Projects – assist with product inspections and related projects.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- 3+ years of powersports experience.
- Basic skills using OEM parts diagrams.
- 70% or higher score on Tech Test.
- Outstanding problem‑solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient reading and understanding of product installation information.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Adaptability to evolving responsibilities and last‑minute changes.
- Typing proficiency and computer‑based research skills.
- Mpunctual and strong work ethic focused on quality and dependability.
- Must be able to work scheduled hours.
Regular physical ability to walk, climb, and navigate elevation changes; lift and move up to 25 pounds alone and up to 45 pounds with assistance. Must be able to read, write, and understand basic English. Good vision, including peripheral and depth perception, and the ability to focus is required. Frequent sitting, standing, kneeling, crouching, and walking are expected.
