CDG is looking for an architectural visualization artist who can take our current home designs and create stunning interior and exterior photorealistic renderings. The right candidate will have had extensive experience in rendering homes in the $5-15 million dollar range. Our clients love to see their visions for their dream home come to life during the design process, and beautiful renderings are crucial.
Please apply with your portfolio of past renderings in multiple architectural styles. The right candidate can effectively collaborate with our in-house design team, as well as interior designers, home builders, and sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities- Creating renderings from existing home plans from the design team
- Meeting with clients, including homeowners, builders, interior designers, and sales and marketing teams
- Working with design team to visualize homes for clients or as directed for marketing materials and social media
- Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
- 5+ years experience with architectural software such as 3
DSMax, Lumion, InScape, Twin Motion, etc.
