Title:

Customer Service Rep

All positions at this location require employees to obtain Hill Air Force Base clearance.

• 16 years of age or older.

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Perform on‑the‑job orientation and training.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Accurately perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, using a calculator if necessary.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate motor actions between eyes and hands/fingers to perform precise movements quickly.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.

In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas.

Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.

Fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler, hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks are required.

Bulk product deliveries of up to 50 pounds, cases stacked up to 72″ high, and the handling of large cans, sauce, and pizza dough trays.

Appropriate eye‑hand coordination and continuous use of hands, fingers, forearms, and wrists are necessary.

Manages tasks such as operating a pizza peel, rolling cutter, and assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
