Payson, UT

• RBT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED***

• Implement evidence‑based ABA techniques to support children with autism spectrum disorder in achieving their goals.
• Data collection and graphing to track client progress.
• Develop and adapt individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with behavior analysts, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, progress, and treatment plans.
• Stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Responsible for completing and maintaining all required certifications and trainings, including but not limited to:
• 40‑hour RBT Training
• CPR Certification
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a reliable means of transportation.
• Experience:
  
  0 years of experience in ABA therapy.

• Job Type: Monday‑Friday between 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
