Trust & Compliance Operations Specialist
Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Employment with Bamboo
HR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.
You would describe yourself as steady, with high judgment, detail-oriented, and capable of turning messy, ambiguous work into simple, repeatable processes. You handle sensitive information with discretion, manage multiple priorities, and focus on the detail that matters.
You believe compliance can be human, engaging, and credible. You aim for thoughtful, audience-focused, and occasionally delightful approaches that maintain trust and credibility.
Join our Legal team as a Trust and Compliance Operations Specialist supporting the Bamboo Trust program. You will help build and run the operational backbone of our trust and compliance work, including documentation and tracking, trainings and internal communications, and the logistics that keep key compliance committees running smoothly. This is a builder and runner role: you will create workflows and then execute them with excellence.
You will:
- Build and run operational processes that keep trust and compliance work organized, audit-ready, and moving forward, including tracking, documentation, follow-ups, and reporting
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for compliance activities, assessments, and internal controls, ensuring documentation is clean, consistent, and accessible
- Support audits and assessments by coordinating evidence, preparing materials, and responding to internal and external compliance inquiries
- Improve how the compliance program runs by proposing better workflows, templates, tooling, and documentation, then implementing those changes
- Find creative, thoughtful ways to make compliance more engaging for employees through trainings, communications, and events that respect people’s time
- Drive trust and compliance trainings, events, and internal campaigns, both live and asynchronous, including occasional presentations when needed
- Create or coordinate internal and external Bamboo Trust content in partnership with teams across the company, under executive direction
- Provide operational and administrative support for compliance committees and working groups, including scheduling, agendas, reimbursements, meeting logistics, and other details
- Administer compliance-related tools and systems, including maintaining content, workflows, and updates within our policy management tooling
- Partner closely with the Head of Compliance to keep priorities clear, escalate risks appropriately, and ensure the right work happens at the right time
